What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
I applied with Farm Credit in 1994 because they were hiring. It was not HPFC at that time. However, the reputation of Farm Credit as an employer was very good.
What is the best part about working at HPFC?
The customers! I have found the American farmer and rancher to have exceptional character and work ethic.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Working with the customers. They are good people and freely offer their appreciation, which is ironic as my appreciation for them and their loyalty is immense, as most could bank anywhere.
What is your business philosophy?
To provide an exceptional product in a kind and respectful manner. There are many banking options, both for our customers and for employment opportunities. We must differentiate ourselves based on our people and the way we relate to our customers and employees.
What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
I enjoy time with my family. We walk together, play basketball, yard work (which I enjoy) and eat out way too much. 😉 I also enjoy reading.
