The Lending Operations Processor performs general clerical duties and assists with loan servicing functions. This position contributes to the success of High Plains Farm Credit by providing exceptional customer service and general support for the branch office team.

The Lending Operations Processor performs general clerical duties and assists with loan servicing functions. This position contributes to the success of High Plains Farm Credit by providing exceptional customer service and general support for the branch office team.

This position services loans, markets financial services, and develops strong working relationships with our customers while growing business in the territory. Provides outstanding customer service and financial expertise to existing customers and services an existing loan portfolio.

This position supports lending operations by analyzing financial data, preparing loan analyses, narratives, and completing loan packages. The ideal candidate should demonstrate initiative, analytical skills, strong communication, and leadership skills.

This position supports the Human Resource Manager in assisting employees and supervisors in benefits, payroll, and all other employee relations. The ideal candidate should demonstrate initiative, strong communication, organization, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
