What is the best part about working at HPFC?
The family-like culture and day-to-day flexibility. Everyone is pulling in the same direction and management is willing to let their employees make decisions and act decisively.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Getting to know and analyze interesting companies across a wide variety of interesting industries. We are lucky enough to work on large projects that can positively impact communities across the country; I’ve always been in it for the deals.
What is your business philosophy?
Avoid doing really stupid things, but remain generally aggressive; do your homework, know what you own!
What do you like to do when you are not at work?
I enjoy a wide variety of outdoor activities, including running, skiing, hiking, canoeing, and golfing. I am also an avid reader of books.
